Tilly Farmer is 32 years old and totally content living in her hometown, married to her high school boyfriend Tyler, and working as the school guidance counsellor. One afternoon at a local fair, Tilly wanders into the fortune teller's tent to have her palm read and is given 'the gift of clarity'.
