Creative Sprint is an interactive workbook with six 30-day sprints full of prompts to get you drawing, journaling, taking photos, making collages, or anything creative that you choose to do!
Get in training to make art with the prompts and exercise in Creative Sprint.
You know that if you practice yoga, guitar, salsa dancing, tennis, or pretty much anything else, you're going to get better at it. In fact, if you practice every day you're going to be pretty darn good! While you might not think of your own creativity the same way, if you practice creativity every day, you'll find you get better at thinking creatively as well.
In Creative Sprint you'll find an interactive workbook that encourages you to practice your own creativity. Six 30-day sprints are loaded with prompts to get you drawing, journaling, taking photos and making collages - doing anything creative that you choose to do! The sprints each have a theme, such as Dream Small, Work with the Unexpected, and You Can't Do it Alone. Each sprint will start with an inspirational kickoff, followed by prompts and pages to be filled in day by day. Mixed throughout, readers will find features focused on artists and non-artists who have completed sprints, as well as inspirational quotes. At the end of each sprint, a couple of pages recap the challenge and encourage reflection.
How you use the book is up to you! Complete sprint after sprint, channeling your creativity into new challenges. Or pick up the book every couple of months, whenever you feel like you need a jolt of motivation!
