His research and teaching interests range from understanding and improving lifestyle behaviours such as sleep, nutrition, and physical activity, to wellbeing epidemiology and human performance. His co-authors are Dr Caryn Zinn, a wholefood dietician and Craig Rodger, a Michelin-trained chef.
